Processing & Packaging

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Tracking information is automatically provided immediately upon shipment.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Methods

All items ship directly from our primary manufacturing and distribution hub in China. We partner with major global express carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS) as well as dedicated air freight cargo lines and tax-inclusive express routes.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and chargeable package weight. If your country is not listed at checkout, or if you prefer using your own carrier account or freight forwarder, please email us at help@labxsci.com.

Packaging Standards

Precision glassware, electrochemical cells, and analytical accessories are protected using multi-layer high-density foam inserts, double-walled corrugated cartons, and shock-absorbent crating for heavy or fragile laboratory equipment.

Split Shipments

If an order contains backordered items, available components ship immediately while the remainder follows once restocked — at no additional shipping cost to you.

Note: During major holidays (Chinese New Year, Christmas, Diwali, etc.), order processing and dispatch times may extend slightly.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes Policy

To ensure total clarity regarding international orders, tax calculation, and customs responsibilities, we operate under two clear trade terms depending on the destination and shipping channel:

Tax Identifier Requirements (EORI / VAT / CPF)

For institutional or corporate orders shipped to Europe, the UK, Brazil, or Turkey, local customs authorities require the recipient's tax identification number (such as EORI, VAT ID, or CPF/CNPJ) prior to clearance. Please provide your tax ID during checkout or email it to info@labxsci.com promptly to avoid customs clearance delays.

Shipping Fee Clarification for DAP Shipments

The shipping fee collected at checkout covers international air freight, export processing, and logistics carrier costs required to transport your parcel from our warehouse to your destination country.

The automatic adjustment from DDP to DAP terms for restricted countries or specific express services does not alter or reduce the checkout shipping fee. International freight costs for DAP regions reflect actual carrier freight costs and are completely distinct from local import taxes. Consequently, no partial refunds, discounts, or rate adjustments will be issued for shipping fees when an order is fulfilled under DAP terms.

Special Express & Freight Services

Standard delivery timelines range from 5 to 20 business days depending on destination. Delivery details by region are shown in the shipping table below.

Custom Courier Accounts & Heavy Freight

If you request a customized shipping arrangement, heavy-freight cargo delivery, or specific private express couriers (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx) that do not support standard DDP lines for your address, your order will default to DAP terms.

We welcome institutional purchase workflows. If your university, laboratory, or company prefers using your corporate carrier account (DHL/FedEx/UPS Account - Freight Collect) or a designated freight forwarder in China, please contact info@labxsci.com prior to placing your order.

Note on Remote Areas: Deliveries to extended zip codes or remote island locations may be subject to carrier-defined Remote Area Surcharges. If your address triggers a remote fee, our team will notify you prior to dispatch.
