Global Shipping

Goods are shipped from China to destinations worldwide with a standard tracking number. Shipping time and cost depend on the destination country.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday. No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please note: Due to major holidays, order processing and delivery times may be longer. (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year, Diwali, and other major holidays).

International Standard Shipping

Orders typically take 7-20 business days to deliver. We ship via multiple carriers such as USPS, Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Most standard shipments from the China warehouse are delivered by selective carriers and postal services. All orders will include tracking, and we will update your order with tracking information immediately after shipment.

Shipping Cost

Estimated Shipping Time

Most addresses will receive products within 7-20 business days after shipment, or possibly sooner. Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and shipping companies do not guarantee them. The given delivery date is an estimate from the shipment date, taking into account the shipping time. Exceptions may apply. Some remote areas may take longer.

Please understand that all shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays. We cannot influence the internal operations and delivery times of the parcel services. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or possible strikes.

Freight Services

If your order requires shipping by freight carrier, it may take 1-5 business days to ship, depending on the item. This applies to large items that require crating, special packaging, or direct shipping and products that require additional paperwork (e.g., international orders and hazardous materials paperwork).

Customers are responsible for selecting the required delivery service for their location. Labxsci is not responsible for any charges incurred after delivery. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred during shipping. Fees must be paid within 30 days of delivery. Freight services include but are not limited to:

• Lift Gate: A lift gate fee applies when the carrier needs to lift goods from the ground to the truck or vice versa, used when the consignee (receiving party) has no dock or forklift to load or unload goods.
• Residential: A fee is charged when the carrier picks up or delivers to a home, private residence (including businesses operating out of a home).
• Limited Access: Applicable when carriers pick up or deliver to farms, universities/schools, hospitals/medical facilities, military bases, government buildings, convention centers, construction sites, airports, marine terminals, docks, etc. These locations also include places with guards/gates, rural areas, unpaved roads/driveways, etc. If the carrier cannot fit a fully loaded 53-foot trailer, limited access delivery fees will apply.
• Inside Delivery: Charges apply when the carrier must go beyond the loading/unloading dock to pick up or deliver goods.
• Storage: If the carrier must store the goods, they may charge storage fees hourly or daily.
• Redelivery: Several reasons may necessitate redelivery, such as no one to accept delivery, consignee refusal, lack of necessary equipment on site, etc. Redelivery is one of the most expensive add-ons as it requires the carrier to redo the job, missing out on other income.
• Detention: Fees apply if the carrier is delayed at the shipper/consignee’s location for any reason. Contracts typically allow a certain detention time, but if the driver is detained beyond the allowed time, detention fees apply. Long wait times at docks are unattractive to carriers, who usually avoid such loads.
• Advance Notification: An additional fee applies if the carrier needs to notify the consignee before delivery.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside mainland China are subject to our international guidelines. International shipping may include import duties and taxes not collected or levied by Labxsci. Labxsci is not responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not pre-collect these fees, nor can we estimate the cost as they vary by location and carrier. As an international consumer, please conduct due diligence to ensure your package will clear customs without unexpected fees. If unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local post office or customs office for more information.

Buyers are responsible for verifying customs, duty fees, and procedures in their country before placing an order. If the consignee refuses to pay these fees, the carrier will return the package to Labxsci at the consignee’s expense. Original shipping, return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Out-of-Stock Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order. We will ship the remaining items when they become available. No additional shipping and handling fees will apply for the second shipment.

Cancellation of Shipment

Orders that have shipped from our warehouse cannot be canceled and require return authorization. Canceled and packed orders may incur a restocking fee. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Packaging

All items will be packed in cartons with internal foam fillers. Special or large items require crating or other secure special packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Damage Compensation/Claims

We bear all risks during transit.

• Before Acceptance: If you find that your package is visibly damaged before acceptance, refuse the package and have the driver record all damages. Simultaneously take photos of the damage and send them to us. For damaged and refused packages, we will file a claim with the carrier after the damage inspection is complete and arrange for a replacement or refund to compensate for your loss. We are not responsible for damaged goods accepted and signed for.

• After Acceptance: If your package is damaged, but the damage is not visible externally, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to report the damage and provide photos of the inner and outer packaging and the damaged items. To ensure a swift resolution, please retain the box, all packaging materials, and damaged items for carrier inspection.

All orders must be inspected upon arrival, and claims must be filed within 3 business days. Additional accessories may need to be purchased if claims are filed later.

Incorrect Address

• Reshipment: If the carrier incurs a fee for reshipment due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the charges. The estimated reshipment fee must be paid before reshipment is arranged.
• Return to Sender: If an order is returned by the carrier because they could not deliver to the provided address or if the customer refuses the delivery, we will refund the order upon receipt of the return. All shipping fees (original and return shipping), applicable taxes (paid by us to receive the return), third-party transaction fees, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

PO Boxes

To prevent shipping issues, any address provided with a PO box number will be shipped via USPS, regardless of the chosen checkout method. If purchased items cannot be sent via USPS, a request for the actual shipping address will be emailed.
