Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory supplies (e.g., requiring professional knowledge, specific functional needs, lab-specific use cases, and fragility) and the high costs of international shipping, we have a carefully structured return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our business. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations made after 12 hours will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the order value, plus transaction fees. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Window
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items showing signs of use or damage (e.g., scratches, dents, non-standard liquids) will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Custom products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for custom-made products. By purchasing a custom item, you agree that returns are not allowed, as the product is specifically tailored to your requirements.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, solvents, and consumables are non-returnable.
- Sale items, gift cards, and free gifts cannot be returned.
Pre-orders
We offer pre-order services for custom or out-of-stock items. Payment will be charged when the pre-order is placed. If we are unable to ship your order within the agreed-upon shipping date, we will provide a full refund based on your request. We do not offer discounts, refunds, or credits for any delays. The expected shipping date for pre-ordered products is listed on each product page but may be subject to reasonable delays due to manufacturing and/or delivery. The date is an estimate and may change, and it is not a guarantee that the product will ship before the expected date. Therefore, we are not responsible for any losses that may occur due to delays, nor are we obligated to offer any discounts, refunds, or credits for such delays. Products will be shipped in the order the pre-orders are received. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once the ordered items are delivered, our standard refund and exchange policies apply. Please refer to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
Glassware
We take great care in shipping all glassware products, but sometimes they may arrive damaged during transit. If your glassware is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Accepted Return and Refund Reasons
We will accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The product does not match the order.
- The product is unused and undamaged.
Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:

- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return or refund
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days to confirm your request and provide further instructions. Do not return items to the original manufacturer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns should be sent to the specified address provided in our confirmation email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Note that original shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned with original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned without original packaging, but unused and undamaged.
- Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by us.
- For defective products, we will cover return shipping costs, including the original shipping costs and customs fees.
- For returns due to dissatisfaction or personal preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will not include original shipping fees, customs fees, or transaction fees.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds usually appear in your account within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at help@labxsci.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the package by emailing help@labxsci.com with the subject line “Damaged Item.” Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist if reported after 3 days.
Exchanges / Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at help@labxsci.com.
