Orders and Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday. No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. and delivery can take anywhere from 8-20 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.

If within 24 hours of placing your order, email help@labxsci.com. After 24 hours, the shipping address may not be changeable. We send a confirmation email upon receiving your order, and you are responsible for verifying the address.

For universities, schools, or government institutions, we offer credit terms, provided the shipping and billing addresses are registered to the institution. We do not pre-charge customs duties. However, our standard shipping fees for most EU countries, North America, Australia, and other regions include customs clearance costs. Please note that standard shipping does not provide customs duty invoices. If you require a customs import tax invoice for tax purposes, please select the upgraded shipping option (DDU) and ensure you have the capability to handle customs clearance independently.
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination country and the weight of the products in your order. The total price, including shipping, will be displayed at checkout.
